1. Passenger Requirement

Passengers must be 12 years of age or older to join this journey.

2. Payment Method

We accept Bank Transfers and Credit Card payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

The route and schedule for the train and bus excursions are pre-determined and cannot be altered. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may result in modifications to certain parts of the route.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation 92 days or more before the departure date: 50% of the total package price.
Cancellation 91 days or less before the departure date: 100% of the total package price.

4. Not Included in This Tour Package

Expenses for accompanying guides.
Excess hand baggage charges for items exceeding the designated weight, volume, or number.
Personal expenses such as cleaning, telephone, additional meals and beverages, and related tax and service charges.
Medical expenses related to injury or illness.
Some selected alcoholic beverages (e.g., vintage wine and champagne).
Costs for additional preparations requested by customers during the itinerary.
Costs incurred due to changes to optional plans during the itinerary.

5. Reservation Deadline

All reservations must be completed by March 1, 2025, if still available, through JAPAN PRIVATE TOUR.
