Job Description

  • Oversee the tasks and schedules of team members to ensure assignments are properly distributed and completed on time, fostering a productive work environment.

  • Support executives in handling clients or operations in travel management.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including verifying documents related to business partnerships, particularly in B2B contexts, to assist executives in their duties.

  • Manage operational databases, ensuring that relevant information is accurately updated and readily available for the executives' use.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify popular destinations, emerging travel trends, and customer preferences, informing the development of new tour packages and strategic partnerships.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, including hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and activity organizers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and exclusive offerings to enhance the value proposition of tour packages.

  • Generate creative ideas for unique tour experiences, themed packages, and value-added services that differentiate the company's offerings in the market and appeal to target customer segments.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including travel management team, guest relations, and finance, alongside executive members to align tour package development efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and integration of products and services
