  • Unfortunately, we currently do not have an office outside Japan. If you want to discuss your tour to Japan further, please use the CONTACT form (or BESPOKE TOUR BOOKING form) and let us know your phone number so our team can call you directly.

  • We have staff who can speak English, Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese and French. Therefore, please feel free to let us know which language you are most comfortable with.

  • Travel Support refers to our personnel services. At the moment, we provide two types of guides to help you along with your trip:

    Travel Companions (TC) & Region Experts (RE)

  • TC service is based in Tokyo. TCs are in charge of preparing tickets, taking pictures, communicating with local staffs or vendors, directing clients to the destination, keeping time and assisting clients throughout the trip with what they need. Those people can also speak the same language as the clients do and Japanese. However, TCs might or might not have as much knowledge as a tour guide about specific regions outside of Tokyo because they are not from a particular area. Hence, the service is cheaper.

    *For TC, when traveling outside of Tokyo overnight, there will be accommodation fee added. Also, in the case of starting the trip outside of Tokyo, TC needs to standby 1 night before arrival date.

    **Moreover, please kindly note that we cannot provide TC service outside of Tokyo without private transportation.

  • REs are the local staff who live in a specific area for a long time and have good knowledge about the region. Also, they can mostly speak English and Japanese only. For those who request for third language speakers, the price would differ from the normal region expert. However, REs can only guide around the specific area, therefore, when traveling to another prefecture of a far area, the RE will be changed to a new person.

    ** For our Region Expert, we need to check the availability of the staff beforehand especially during peak times.

  • As we are based in Japan, we are only able to help you purchase domestic flight tickets and provide you with land tour services.

    We do not provide itineraries for visa purposes prior to tour confirmation.

  • Other than hotels and traditional Japanese inns (Ryokan), we can make reservations in premium established apartments in Japan. However, as we prioritize your security and comfort throughout the trip, we cannot make reservations in Airbnb apartments.

  • No, since we prioritize your privacy and comfort throughout the trip, we only provide private tours exclusively to your group of guests and cannot be combined with another group.

  • We accept bank transfers or major VISA, Mastercard & AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards

  • The cost of the itinerary can vary depending on various factors. For detailed information regarding pricing and options, we kindly request you to get in touch with our staff. They will provide you with comprehensive details and assist you in planning your perfect journey.
